Returns & Integrity
We invite you to return your Santolina pieces within 15 days of the delivery date. To preserve the quality of our collections, all returned items must be in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all brand tags and return labels securely attached.
The Return Process
To initiate a return, please access our portal here to obtain your dedicated Return Slip. Please note that at this time, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your piece reaches us safely.

Exchanges
 In order to maintain the exclusivity of our seasonal collections, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, we kindly ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures your desired piece is reserved for you immediately.
Refunds & Quality Assurance
Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a formal Quality Assurance review. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
